Our pool light was not working and they offered to change our villa (which we were very confortable) and since we refused they borrowed the golf cart instead for the full stay. "We had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. The room was amazing, great air conditioning with lots of room. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, Samuel, our bartender at the Tiki Bar was an absolute joy!
