"The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Although the road in is a bit of a challenge, we did not mond, we liked the somewhat remote location. It keeps the place low key and relaxing. The beach is beautiful, we did not even mind that it was too rough to swim. The restaurant has a great view and the food was great. It will be a go to place of we return to Panama."

"The Bambuda Lodge is a great place to stay and relax. It says Hostel but it is much more than that. You can book your private rooms and still enjoy the community. They offer a family dinner with different dishes to choose from every day and you easily get to know other travelers. There is regular activities planned. I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows. The food was delicious, especially the lobster!! The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! "I had a really relaxing stay at the Sea Monkey. I was in awe of the breathtaking views, and spent much of my time relaxing on the outdoor hammock enjoying the weather and location. The staff were quick in responding to requests via whats app and were super helpful! I enjoyed the little town that was accessible by foot and appreciated that this was also just a 5-10 minute boat ride to other activities. I so cannot wait until I get to come back again!"
