Appartmentschlüssel steckt auf der Tür. Haustür aber verschlossen. Gastgeber informiert aber nach 30 Minuten keine Abhilfe. Andere Gäste haben dann geöffnet. Laut Hotels.com zwei Schlafzimmer. Tatsächlich nur ein Schlafzimmer und eine Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Objektiver Mangel! Keine Abhilfe seitens Gastgeber, keine Preisreduktion. Es wurde wenigstens um Bettwäsche gebeten. Wurde erst nach vielen Stunden nachts vor die Tür gelegt. Nach zwei schlechten Nächten dann Abbruch und Wechsel ins Hotel.
