"Cute and quaint hotel in the BEST area. Le Marais area is amazing - close to all the main attractions, but still feels intimate and very walkable around with so many cute cafes, restaurants, bars. In particular, the staff at this hotel are amazing, very friendly, I felt like I was staying with people I already knew. In addition, they went above and beyond to help me out - I forgot my coat and sunglasses in the hotel and after communicating with them, they went out of their way to ship me my items. 100% would stay here again. "Room was clean, shower room was spotless. The in room safe was great and easy to use. The curtains were really good and kept the room dark in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even printed out concert tickets for us. We only had breakfast on the last morning but there was plenty of choice, hot and cold, it was good value for money. The only negative was that the beds were quite narrow and the mattress could have been a bit firmer but that is personal choice. The pillows and bedding were fresh and clean and beds were made daily."
