"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "Sehr moderne Anlage. Abbildung auf der Internet-Seite ist total veraltet. Mittlerweile wurde ein komplett neuer größerer komplex davor gebaut. Sehr nahe an den von uns gebuchten. Keine Privatsphäre da alle Balkone zueinander schauen. Möbel und Auflagen total verschmutzt. Extremer Schimmelbefall an der Decke des Bades."

"It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!"

"The hotel was really lovely in a nice location. The breakfast was particularly excellent. It was possible to park a few metres walk away from the hotel if you prefer not to park in the hotels covered car park. The spa facilities and swimming pool was lovely. Staff were also super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This was listed as an ocean view room. We could see a bit of the ocean, but I didn’t realize it was 15 min away from the old city and the ocean. Overall, I’m glad we stayed here because it was a very nice hotel. Probably much nicer than the ones closer to the old city. There isn’t really a beach in Zadar, or many hotels that are close to the ocean. The staff was really nice, the breakfast was really good and the room was beautiful."

"brand new hotel kept in light wood tones, sporting spacious rooms with balchonies and a lovely outdoor restaurant facing the sun and marina. The breakfast was above what you would expect from an international hotel chain. "Ich war echt super zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Essen war richtig lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, ich hab eigentlich alles mal probiert und es hat immer geschmeckt. Die Getränke waren auch gut, sogar mit Alkohol keine Kopfschmerzen gehabt, dass sagt schon was über die Qualität. Die Lage ist top: direkt am Strand, und vom Pool aus sieht man das Meer.
