"I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. "My husband and I stayed here while in Cádiz and loved it!!! Very cool hotel in the middle of old town. Room was very clean and there was access to a roof top terrace as well. The staff was very helpful and provided recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Cádiz in the future!"

"Hotel is worn. Painting and general maintenance required throughout. Rubbish and weeds as you enter hotel from the cobbled street. Comfy bed but small room with no decent table space. Cheap iron tabling. Shabby bathroom - no where to hang towels or layout your make-up unless you wanted it soaked. Just 3 sun beds by the pool but one was badly repaired underneath.
