"The owners were incredibly helpful & kind. The apartments were perfect for a short or long holiday. There is an Aldi, Lidl & other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable. Car parking on street was great. About a 20-minute walk to the aqueduct in Segovia, it was easier than trying to park in the city. "What an amazing hotel! Lovely interior, large rooms and so quiet. There were no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, due to the late dining times. The hotel is just a short walk from the Royal Palace, which was well worth a visit. We parked in the free car park just across the road, near to a back entrance gate to the hotel."

"Absolutely loved this accommodation. Beautiful clean comfortable room. Well planned and designed space. Central location to aqueduct and plaza. Did not have breakfast buffet because we had to catch bus prior but we were able to have items that are available 24 hours- coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit. Plenty for our needs. "

"Comme indiqué précédemment difficultés pour nous rendre à l'hôtel situé dans une rue étroite de la vieille ville mais une fois rendus au garage de l'hôtel tout a été parfait. Chambre fonctionnelle, complète et impeccable , petit dej nickel, personnel à l'écoute. Intérieur de l'hôtel, avec petit jardin , très plaisant. Bref très satisfaits.
