One of the staff was super helpful but once we called down to ask a question and we were rushed off the phone and hung up on after asking the restaurant at the hotel. "This was a unique hotel in the center of Zermatt that was easily accessible. The room was quaint and nicely laid out. The only problem we had was the smoking area was directly below our window and we could not keep our window open because of the smoke going into our room and the loud talking by the smokers. We asked for a new room and were immediately assisted with sincere apologies. The restaurant inside the hotel was wonderful. We would eat there again if this was a restaurant at home."
