Le logement était impeccable, avec chauffage allumé pour notre arrivée ! Rien ne manquait pour satisfaire notre semaine : Les équipements ménagers, les duvets, papier wc... Le gardien gentil, serviable, disponible ( il est venu couper des branches qui nous gênaient sur notre emplacement)... L'environnement est magnifique... Je recommande vivement de séjourner au hameau de Miel.

Arrivée dans un environnement bucolique au bord d’un lac sur un site calme, verdoyant avec piscines dont une couverte. Un accueil sympathique du personnel mais des horaires très restrictifs. J'ai été surprise de découvrir que j'étais dans un établissement de résidence de tourisme, donc sans service hôtelier ! La présentation sur votre site ne correspond pas à un type d’hôtellerie classique mais à un camping équipé de bungalow pour des séjours d’une durée plus longue qu’une simple nuit pour 2 personnes. Le prix présenté sur le site ne correspond pas non plus au prix définitif car il m’a fallut payer en supplément le linge de lit, le linge de salle de bain. N'ai-je pas su lire toutes les informations sur cet établissement ou ne sont- elle pas mentionnées ?? Le rapport qualité, prix est très décevant car il m’a fallu faire le lit, ranger les draps et les serviettes après utilisation dans un sac dédié, faire le ménage et porter les poubelles dans les containers prévus à cet effet ? L’offre présentée n’était pas adaptée à ce que je réserve habituellement depuis plus de 4ans sur votre site.

Les logements sont propres et calmes. Nous sommes allés fin juin, le côté arboré amplifie le sentiment de zénitude. La piscine chauffée est également bien tenue.

Séjour au calme

Je cherche avant tout le calme après mes journées de travail et je suis près à faire des kilomètres pour éviter les chaines d'hôtel en ville. Séjour pour un nuit. Il manque le confort d'avoir des draps (lit fait), serviettes, ........ tout est payant! C'est pas le cas dans d'autres établissement car le prix est élevé à 60,30 € sur hôtel.com pour fin octobre! Je recommande pour le calme en fin de saison mais pas pour le prix qui est excessif sachant que les infrastructures (piscine) ne fonctionnent pas.

J'ai réservé a 12h le jour d'arrivée via e bookers et on m'a confirmé la réservation et en arrivant sur place la personne a la réception me reproche ma réservation me disant que j'aurais pu la faire avant. Je lui ai dit qu'il avait qu'à voir cela avec le site de réservation car personne n'a refusé mon paiement. Vous dites sur site que ce sont des cottage mais desole c'est de l'arnaque... J'appelle cela un bungalow normal... Tres déçu de ce sejour et de cet établissement

We Arrived and wanted to use the bbq that was advertised as the cabins having but where not told on check in that we had to order it, we found out from the paperwork they gave us which we read once we got to the cabin, we went straight back to the reception and it was closed so we couldn't have a bbq on the first night and there was a charge for using it on the second night, we wanted to use the bar but the two nights we where there they had shut the bar to set up on the Friday night for a wedding for the Saturday, so even though we had paid for the cabin and the facilities we couldn't use them, the rooms had no bedding and we found out that even though we had paid for 6 people and beds for 6 people, bedding was extra!! the cabin did not have air conditioning and the cabins got very hot and retained the heat through the night which was very uncomfortable, the grounds where not maintained and the grass was untidy, over grown bushes and the steps up to the cabin where building blocks placed on the ground which where loose and unsafe, the edging tiles around the pool where also loose in places, I will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone
