"Terrible experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep due to the constant noise coming from the unit, which was extremely disruptive and frustrating.
I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property.
