"First time in Brussels staying at the Pullman. Flew to Charleroi and got the flex bus which stops just round the corner The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well Would stay here again"

"Pour les arrivées tardives, pas de réception et besoin d'un digit code pour entrée nocturne que nous n'avions pas reçu. Heureusement que deux autres touristes étaient là à 23:00 pour nous aider et nous ont donné le code. Point négatif pour la propreté qui était douteuse. De plus il y avait un clou ..."
