"I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights housekeeping did not check my room once I never got new towels trash was never collected even when there was 2 adults and 3 kids in one room. Also The water pressure was not the best"

"Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. "We were very excited to be able to check in early when we arrived. The hostess was super sweet and helpful, pointing out local attractions, and all the parts of the room. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely delicious and all of the staff was very friendly. We did miss our Manager cocktail hour due to a staff training. Location was fantastic. Would recommend staying here."

"Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !"

"This hotel is in need of repair. The pull out sofa had more rips and tears than what should ever be seen. Way over priced for what you get"
