Not happy about breakfast advertised a breakfast buffet at 6am it was barely a continental breakfast at 6:15 on the first day I asked the guy playing on his phone about breakfast and he said oh ya I’ll get it in a minute then brought out 2 apples a little bit of cold cereal and milk, some packaged muffins and 4 pieces of bread for toast I will be in this area at least 5 times a year for the next 4 years for work I have already booked my next stay at a different place

This was the worst experience I ever had with Expedia and that property I came in at 4 AM after a long drive the room they gave me at first was dirty. Sheets were dirty pillowcases were dirty and yellow. The second room they gave me was even worse than the first one so we decided to leave the property and go to a family member's house for the night then they tell me I get no refund for that plus the 2 other nights so 3 nights total I did not stay at so I paid almost $300 for nothing me and my family are very disappointed i've used Expedia for everything, but after this experience, I will no longer be using them and I don't recommend anyone else to use them!

Overall good - with "reservations"

Hotels.com AND Expedia each reserved two ACCESSIBLE rooms(the facility only has TWO) so I initially was denied - the staff went out of their way to accommodate me - minor problems with room - TV didn't work until 3rd repair attempt, room floor wasn't clean, shower never git better than lukewarm, and cleaning crew came into room ONLY to take "privacy" sign off the inner doorknob and place it on the outer doorknobs - no cleaning or restocking...

You get what you pay for. Hotel room was dirty, soap wasn’t refilled, and shower head didn’t work. Lots of stains on the bed sheets and burn holes in the mattress. Large amounts of dirt and dust in the room as well. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Hotel room smelled musty. Me and my fiancée had red bumps when walking up and felt really dirty. Not even for the price. Ad says pet friendly but they don’t allow cats. Again would not recommend there are better hotels with a cheaper deposit fee that are much nicer in around the same price range for this place.

Give it a hard pass

Didnt get accessible room as requested. No ice machine on 2nd floor, no elevator, window screen broken, toilet seat broken (fixed quickly), toilet too low, no clock, hot tub broken. Staff friendly and bed comfortable. Parking lot and grounds filthy with dirty diaper, cigarette butts, trash and needed mowed. Definitely will not stay there again.

Our room was dirty and had food spilled up and down the walls. Room AC would squeal off and on. Hotel smelled of smoke everywhere. The pool was not working properly and ladders were rusted in the water. Vent covers were broke and had sharp edges sticking out in the pool area. Just an all around disappointing experience!!
