"Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains (see attached pictures), and the breakfast, with a selection of local cheeses, jams and...

"Great price-value ratio"

"Sehr unfreundlich und nicht kooperativ"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices. Friendly staff and with my kids owning dogs, it was a plus to know they had 33 dogs (Husky’s) on the property. Would highly recommend even if you’re not a dog lover."

Luckily a very nice front desk attendant showed up to help us. Our original room was not as described on Expedia but he moved us to a much nicer room with the accommodations we needed. Their dinner restaurant was just a short, pleasant walk and had very good food."

"It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!"

"Clean had a beautiful lake view from your patio"

"Nice hotel and the location the staffs was nice .. but I wish the hotel would provide a hot water kettle where the guests could make coffee or tea ."
