"The room needs to be cleaned better, walls had a spilled drink on them , bathroom corners dirty, and tile loose on floor. Overall for the distance to beef &boards theatre worked for us. "

"Pool was ice cold. We survived about 20 minutes and basically suffered the whole time we were in there. A pool was a must for us with 4 kids. Room had no extra pillow or sheets for sofa bed. Requested them from front desk Front desk would not give us pillows and gave us sheets that were far to big for the sofa sleeper. Hot water ran out quick. Was unable to rotate our kiddos through to rinse off and warm up after the pool before water was Luke warm. Microwave had a grimey feel to it when pushing buttons. Small sink under mic did not have water. Husband had to mess with plumbing underneath to get it to work. (Tried this sink because we could not get hot water in bathroom sink). Fridges have no freezer compartments and are very old. They did not even have the knob to set it to the temp you would like. Rooms seemed fairly clean. If not using the pool sofa couch or needing a hot shower it wouldn't be the worst place to stay. But if needing those I'd recommend choosing else where."

"I reserved a room about 2 weeks in advance and when we got to the hotel we were charged a fee for early check in which I didnt know was an issue with it only being an hour or so early. Then found out we are on the 4th floor and the elevator did not work and had to utilize the stairs which were filled with paint buckets and garbage and broken down pieces of furniture. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and cozy and taken care of. "
