"Le batiment et le studio étaient facile d'accès grace à un digicode à chaque entrée. Bien qu'en sous-sol, le studio était confortable, bien chauffé et propre. Le contact avec les gestionnaires était super efficace car nous avons eu un problème d'évacuation de la salle d'eau et cela a été réglé dans la journée. Merci."

"Wonderful stay. Apartment is large, quiet & beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, open living space with table & chairs, fantastic kitchen with all appliances, including washer/dryer. Location is on a beautiful, quiet street near everything - shopping, train, museums, Hyde Park. Front office staff were very helpful & friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"We came to London for wiinter wonderland with our grand daughter who is 3. We found the staff were very polite and the apartment was lovely clean and very comfortable, my granddaughter loved running around playing hide and seek. The location is great just off park lane and has easy access to any where you want to go round the west end, we come to winter wonderland each year with her and hope to book 9 Hertford street again next year. "
