"It has a great view of Lalibela from the bar, the restaurant, and the patio. It seems the property has not kept up probably due to the downtown of tourism and economy. My room had only one working table lamp so I ate my dinner in the dark. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was an average stay overall. "

"I could not enjoy the property as for the 10 days that I was there most the time I was ill. I think this may have to do with the lack of deep cleaning. Hot water was also an issue. It took several request for a heater. The Wi-Fi never worked."

"Friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, functional wi-fi, great view. Mosquitoes at night and no screens drove me batty. Lalibela has flies during the day and mosquitoes at night, so other guest houses may have the same issue."

"2023年9月に宿泊。空港からの送迎は200ブル、貸切なら1300ブル。空港から30分から1時間かかります。他に公共交通機関がないので宿泊時に事前に送迎を予約することをお勧めします。立地は良く、ラリベラの中心の広場から10分程度の徒歩圏内。教会群からも徒歩で10分程度です。丘の上に立っており、客室からの景色もいいです。客室は清潔です。ややトイレとシャワーに汚れがあります。雨季のため蚊が多かったですが、次の日の清掃から室内にスプレーをして対応してくれました。アムハラ州内の内戦中のため、州内全域でWiFi使用できず。地下にレストランが併設されており、エチオピア料理、スパゲッティなどがあります。オーナーとスタッフはとても親切で、要望にも応えてくれます。 I stayed at this hotel in Sep 2023. "Prachtige locatie, mooi uitzicht. Echt leven tussen de locals. Bijzondere ervaring. Mensen zijn heel gastvrij, goede verzorging. Geen voorzieningen van water en elektriciteit. "This is a very basic hotel. But despite the many shortfalls ( like no toilet amenities, breakfast was just eggs and bread, no wifi in rooms, hotel is on the main road so it is noisy) I can still say that I made a good decision to stay in this hotel. They communicated well with me prior to my arrival so they made proper arrangements for my hotel transfer. They also hooked me up with a local guide for tours. Staff was helpful. The local guide the hotel contacted for me was VERY good. His name is Abeje Mengesha. His WhatsApp number is +251 92 160 0830 He is college educated and is very knowledgeable. He is very kind and genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge. He has a very good eye and loves photography. He took lots of pictures and videos of me. He also speaks very good English so I really enjoyed our interaction. In Ethiopia, most guides have thick accent and speak broken English. Having a great guide made all the difference as I was able to overlook the shortfalls of the hotel. "
