"The staff was great. The hotel is very nice and up to date. The breakfast was plentiful Unfortunately they've had a lot of rain and we had a small colony of ants in the bathroom. Also the pillows were very hard, which u think is an Italian thing as we experienced that in every hotel we stayed in. This is a great location for staying prior to flying out of MXP as it is literally 5 minutes to T1 and car rental returns. We have stayed here often over the years."

"15 min walk and you can go to train station and go to Milan cheaper than go to Malpensa airport and take a bus or train to Milan. Before 22:45 you can reserve a seat in hotel bus service if you landed in Malpensa. "Only had 1 night here as we were transferring to MXP as part of a larger trip. They offer a very convenient shuttle service to/from the airport. the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have a very good restaurant on site - highly recommend you get reservations as it is very popular (best pizza I had on our trip)! The only comment I would make is that the rooms are quite outdated and need a bit of refresh. Otherwise a very nice stay."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly.
