"Gorgeous location: outstanding views out of the main hustle of a large city. Staff were superlative, just the appropriate amount of discernment. All my needs/requests were met swiftly. The restaurant(s) food were quite good, particularly Novitek. I did not partake of breakfast. However, the wine menus in restaurants could be expanded. My room location was exceptional with views of the Bosphorus beyond the pool. I enjoyed the pool area, excepting for the unruly children shouting and...

"There is a bar but they do not know how to make cocktails. I asked for a martini and two times they served some horrible drink!! The room had no ironing table when asked they questioned me if I was sure. There was an open mini size alcohol bottle left on top of the closet. Absolutely no body lotion upon check in. The only thing great about the hotel was the breakfast and the view. I will not stay there again."
