Bem localizado e conforto bom, mas precisa melhorar a manutenção geral do prédio. Teve dia que a máquina de gelo quebrou e a equipe de funcionários não estava preparada para contornar a situação, sugerindo que os hóspedes comprassem gelo no mercadinho.

Foi ótimo, mas o quarto/apart que me colocaram não tinha nem fogão e nem microondas. Achei muita displicência porque paguei por isso. Nem uma chaleira elétrica estava disponível para se fazer um café ou chá… Poderiam reavaliar isso À maioria dos hotéis que fico, mesmo não sendo apart tem pelo menos a chaleira elétrica com café disponível e chá disponíveis e totalmente grátis…Pense nisso

Poderiam melhorar roupas de cama e banho. O café da manhã estava péssimo, qualidade dos itens bem ruins e frequentemente faltava produtos.Mesmo o restaurante sendo terceirizado, o flat deveria ter um maior controle sobre a qualidade e o serviço oferecido. O serviço de praia excelente. Os atendentes muito educados e prestativos.

Precisa melhorar a equipe do serviço de praia.

Atendeu nossas necessidades. A equipe da recepção e do restaurante prestativa. Infelizmente, um dos membros da equipe do serviço de praia não está a altura hotel. Em duas oportunidades um dos rapazes dessa equipe foi totalmente grosseiro no trato com os hóspedes, o que chocou a todos mesmo que não estavam envolvidos com o problema. Tais fatos foram comunicados aos responsáveis na portaria.

Well.. it’s a “ Airbnb” type property. So the apartments are owned. The place itself is small but nice, the area is beautiful and safe, you can walk to the beach, awesome pools, one on the roof next to a sauna, and a huge one on the ground floor, breakfast is included and adequate. Staff is friendly and courteous! BUT people were remodeling an apartment right below us, so there was loud drilling and hammering at 8 AM. Not something you want on a vacation.If it weren’t for the noise it would have gotten 5 stars.

Café da manhã péssimo. Solicitei um lanche do restaurante do hotel e tambem horrível. As cadeiras na praia ficam todas praticamente grudas uma das outras. Não tem espaço nem para deitar a cadeira direiro sem atrapalhar a pessoa que esta no outro espaço. E não pode tirar dali. Enquanto outros condomínios que tem serviço de praia ocupam um espaço bem maior e com mais espaço entra as cadeiras e guarda sol. O quarto é bom. Com tv no quarto e na sala, mas nenhuma pegando bem, informaram que estava com problema na tv a cabo.
