"Our stay was fantastic! We loved our room at Hotel Altes Kloster. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The converted 750 year old monastery was beautiful, cozy, quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and sights. It is an interesting town filled with historic sights and Incredible food. "had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist, Richard. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and he went out of his way to accommodate me by arranging a room right away. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On top of that, Richard gave me excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, which made my stay even better. His great customer service set the tone for a fantastic visit. Highly recommend!"

"What an absolutely delightful surprise. From the outside, a rather normal looking house in a smaller Slovak city, but on the inside, a small but very service minded team, and very large and spacious rooms. Food was exquisite, both dinner in restaurant and the breakfast was made fresh from a breakfast menu, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in over 10 years. Definitely be coming back here again soon."
