"Friendly hotel staff, who speak fluent English. Wonderful location, down the road from the main train station and a short walk round the corner for trams to anywhere. Enjoyable breakfast spread with a wide selection of coffee, tea and juices. The only thing I was very unhappy about was the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in among all the hotels I have been to. "The hotel was clean and tidy rooms are on the smaller size but were manageable! No aircon or cool areas to sit in made it a little unpleasant during some hot temperatures. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful!"

"Nice modern hotel with nicely appointed rooms that were very clean, had AC and WIFI. Location was great to get the Number 10 bus to town in only 10 minutes. Great large breakfast included each day. Front desk staff were very helpful answering questions we had."
