"Our room we checked into the HVAC would not come on. A tech was sent to the room, was unable to repair it, were moved to another room. Our sense was the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Overall the breakfast was probably the best part of the stay and we were told by the front desk it closed at 10 AM when we got there before that time the lights were off and were told by the staff they closed at 9 AM. "

"I had an excellent stay at The Embassy Suites at Waltham. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Make sure to get a made-to-order omelette. The property isn’t not too far from the airport and near a many colleges. I’d recommend the Embassy Suites at Waltham. "

The only issue was we paid for a premium room with a view of the lake but were placed on the 5th floor and our only view was of the roof and solar panels! Other than that no complaints! "
