We're a family of 4, and we booked a room with "one bed and a double sofa bed" however, upon arrival we were told the room was only for 3 people. Our child is 7 years old and they counted him as adult for the room occupancy, even though their website states otherwise. We told the receptionist to just charge us an extra person and he refused. We were forced to upgrade to a "bigger room" for and additional $260 euros, which also had "one bed and a double sofa bed." We were given the exact same room we had booked, and they only provided additional towels and blankets. We know this because the receptionist handed them to us. We felt like we were taken advantage of. The room was clean but the breakfast is not included and it is expensive ($25 euros per person). We were able to find better breakfast options for our family only a block away from the hotel for $10 euros. Also, the cleaning staff will leave the windows open even though it's -4 degrees outside.
