Very nice modern hotel, less than a 5 minute walk from urban train service from airport to Berlin main terminal. Fabulous breakfast selection, very clean and positive helpful staff

I had a nice large room and large bathroom. Didn't find the bathroom practical though with the strange doors to the shower and the hairdryer in an awkward place to use. Easy to get to by train from Berlin airport

Very convenient. Access to the railroad which was a lifesaver. The room was clean and the cerling was the sky. A novel idea. The staff was friendly, probably the most courteous of our people we met outside our cruise.

Warm, safe but a lityle boring.

An extra £10 for a bigger room in a hotel that also supplies buget rooms is probably worth it. Quiet area with no entertainment may be problematic for those who need more experience before bed. Warm, safe but a little boring.

I booked a reservation here. Arrived at the hotel early morning hours straight from my flight. Early check-in was unavailable. Breakfast available for a fee. I declined because the self use waffle machine was greasy and dirty looking. I stored my luggage to check out the area. There was an unmanned train station next door and a gas station and home depot type store. An Aldi grocery store was a tad further. The hotel is connected to a budget hotel but you can enter either hotel from the same door via the lobby/dining area. I didn't see a drastic difference between the two but I didn't view the room. I retrieved my luggage and left. There was nothing to do in the area to use spare time until 3p check-in time. The area felt unsafe and definitely not walkable. The hotel staff also weren't very accommodating. The clerk told me no rooms were available and pointed to a seating area and said I had to just wait until check-in. I booked another hotel in the Mitte area and felt way more safe and comfortable. I would never select this hotel when visiting again

入り口が二つあって駅から向かうと「イビスビジネス」という違うチェックインの入り口がさいしょに出てきます。奥の方に有人の入りがあります。間違わないようにお気をつけを。無人の方で一生開かなくて途方に暮れそうになりました。

Ganz neues Hotel. Vier (!) Tage kein Zimmerservice. Auf Nachfrage gab es wenigstens frische Handtücher. Das neue, meist junge Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hoffentlich bessert sich die Situation bald!

Tolle Lage. Nur wenige Meter zur S-Bahn mit der man einmal durch ganz Berlin fahren kann. Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Wenn man das Zimmer gereinigt haben möchte, muss man früh rechtzeitig bescheid geben. Das einige negative war im Bad die Dusche und die Lüftung. Letztere hat nämlich nicht oder nur kaum funktioniert. Man konnte also nicht lange im verschlossenen Bad bleiben bevor es unangenehm warm wurde. Die Dusche selbst war absolut in Ordnung nur die Duschwand hat beim bewegen ein extrem lautes unangenehmes Geräusch von sich gegeben. Außerdem floss das wasser bei uns nicht so ab wie es sollte, weil der Boden scheinbar nicht schräg genug ist. Also der Boden so flach ist, dass das Wasser nicht fließt. Das hat uns erstmal das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, aber nachdem wir es wussten haben wir einfach direkt auf dem Abfluss geduscht. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolles Hotel, liegt genau an einer S Bahn Station, zum einkaufen gibt’s ein Netto. Sonst ist dort nichts. Das Hotel selbst ist top, noch im Aufbau an der ein oder anderen Sache. Auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, nah an der Haltestelle dran und 41 min vom Berliner Bahn Hof, mit der Bahn. Schnelles Self Check-in Automaten, und Check- Out ging auch schnell . Einziges Manko kein kleiner Kühlschrank.
