Great price in the middle of Berlin Centrum.

It was a clean hotel in the middle of Berlin Centrum. I was happily surprised of the nice price and high quality of their breakfast.

I had a disappointing experience at Systler Hof Berlin due to the attitude of the receptionist. Unfortunately, the receptionist girl was quite unfriendly and treated me in a rude and unprofessional manner during my interaction. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and guests expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of customer service at reception, as it greatly affects the overall guest experience.

Zentrale Lage. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind winzig und ohne Schrank. Den Koffer mussten wir auf den Tisch stellen, da sonst kein Platz war. Zum Glück hatten wir nur einen dabei. Frühstück ist übersichtlich, Kaffee sehr gut. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend für einen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip, weil zentral gelegen; sauberes Zimmer, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, freundlicher Service. Leider musste meine Zimmerkarte zwei mal im Laufe des Aufenthalts neu aufgeladen werden, um zu funktionieren, aber das dauerte nur wenige Minuten.
