Die Lage und die Aussicht des Appartements ist super. Auf Sauberkeit hätte mehr geachtet werden können. Der Fön an der Wand ist leider defekt gewesen. Die Ausstattung war teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt. Unter anderem, Sofa, Couchtisch, Toilettensitz. Eine Suit darf man nicht erwarten, eher eine normale Ferienwohnung.

Excelente ubicación. Muy buen estado.Buena atención aunque las comunicaciones escritas deberían estar en inglés también (son sólo en alemán). El wifi no es bueno y habría que mejorarlo porque si uno necesita internet no siempre funciona.

Las estancias amplias, la cama cómoda. La limpieza muy mejorable. El apartamento necesita una renovación. La ubicación muy buena para ir a la feria de Berlín, a dos paradas en metro, éste muy cerca del apartamento.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in Charlottenburg

Die Appartments sind für zwei Personen ausreichend, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Im Zentrum von Charlottenburg. Restaurants aller Richtungen direkt vor der Tür. In 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn Deutsche Oper. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Wilmersdorfer Strasse auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Godt område godt hotel

Modtagelsen var lidt dårlig da receptionisten virkede stresset. Ellers var værelserne og stede fint og området perfekt til en børnefamilie.

Nice and central

The apartment is centrally situated in Charlottenburg close to transportation and shopping. We had an easy check-in and the apartment was spacy and clean. On the negative side the bed was on the hard side.

The first week the WiFi was very slow. The following 5 days it was not working. The last two days they fixed it at last. Both cleaning ladies were ill and could not come as scheduled. The cooking area has no light and the ventilation didn’t work. In the shower room, there is no place for putting or hanging clothes. The room is spacious though. The hotel is situated in the town centre and near the u Bahn and bus stations, rather convenient.

Svarede ikke til vore forventninger

Lejligheden svarede ikke til vore forventninger. Den var indrettet meget spartansk og virkede kold og upersonlig. Kun et natbord og dermed kun 1 lampe. Vi kommer ikke igen. Vådt brugt badeværelseshåndklæde lå i køkkenvasken ved ankomsten. Til gengæld fik vi fremragende morgenmad på den lille cafe "Hüftgold" ved siden af. Super venlig personale.

Nous sommes venus et repartis en dehors des horaires, mais tout est prévu pour. Par contre, plus d'info sur où trouver la boite à clef aurait été appréciée. Très pratique. Plein de petits restaus bars et boutiques pas très loin. Le marché le mercredi matin au pied.

Good place in the best location

A small apartment hotel located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Berlin! Location is amazing - just next to the s bahn, subways and RE train to airport. Also walking distance from tons of amazing restaurant, bars (and even the best cocktail bar i have ever been to is 10 minutes walk) and coffee places and even a farmers market in the small square in front of the hotel (wednesdays and saturdays). And still - a quiet and safe neighbourhood! We got the studio - that had a small kitchenette (small fridge, fire, plates etc), a comfy bed, closed closet and open shelves (less comfortable for a long stay) and shower/wc. Just perfect for 2 people for more than a week. They cleaned the place once during our stay and changed the towels twice. The only down side - the hotel building has a few private apartments, so on the 1st day we woke up to renovations noises from one of those apartments. Talked to the reception that talked to the owner, and assured us that it won't happen again and they are only allowed to start after 10 am. The rest of the stay was as they promised - quiet :)

공간 배치, 부엌 등 시설과 하우스 키핑 서비스에 만족. 특히 친절한 스태프, 청결한 관리 훌륭함. 교통과 쇼핑에 편리한 위치. 그러나 돌길 도로에 청소차 소음 등 매우 시끄럽다는 단점과 에어컨 없음은 유의해야함.

Convenient and comfortable

I had an executive double room which was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is slightly cramped but well equipped with double hob, microwave and fridge. The location is excellent with connections from Ubahn Deutsche Oper and SBahn Charlottenburg within easy walking distance, as well as 109 bus for Tegel. Towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen every week.

Super schöner Aufenthalt in Berlin

Unser Aufenthalt war fabelhaft gewesen . In diesem Apartement hat uns aber auch alles sehr gefallen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt vor der Haustüre gewesen . Jeden Samstag ist ein Markt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse , sowie frischen Blumen .
