It is a great location and perfect for Neukölln. But the bedding was too small for the bed and a few lamps in the room did not work. The was way too little soap. The staff is nice but I did not see them much and the lift was broken. Everything was clean. It is load but that is the street and not the hotel. But for that price I will not come back and I do not think it is worth it.

Overall a nice place

The hotel staff were very nice. The parking garage was convenient. The neighborhood is nice. The room looked good and was clean. The fancy tech was slightly broken, the automatic window shade didn’t slide. Some lights didn't turn on. The bathroom sink, a motion activated fixture, occasionally ran for no reason. The bed was too soft for my taste. The walls are thin, i could hear neighbors music and talking. Sirens are a little loud.

Clean and budget.

Clean, renovated, light. No amenities. Offered 1 single soap for the sink, shower and the kitchen for a 5 day stay. When asked at the reception, we're told 'it's not a hotel'. Paid separately for the laundry facility, which includes detergents. Discovered some washing powder left in a small plastic bowl by the machines. Stayed at half a dozen apartment hotels across Europe and in Germany. No, this is not common.

Excellent hotel. Very modern. Not the best area of berlin but i enjoyed it very much. Plenty of food places nearby and much cheaper than central berlin. Only down side was we could not control the heat and it was very warm.

Want to especially commend Ashay at the front desk who went out of her way to move me to another room when the first room had a few issues. Loved staying here, my second visit. There are several great places to eat in the neighborhood, the U-Bahn is just steps from the front door, Hasenheide a short walk away, and Tempelhof airfield just a bit further. A great place for a stay, I'll definitely be coming back for another visit. Highly recommend.

The room was amazing and the building is also really fancy compared to what is around the surroundings. There is also a nice bakerei called Gorilla something. But the neighborhood is not the favoriate.

Convenient location to public transportation and food. Room was clean for the most part. Missing hand soap from bathroom. Room facing the main street got alot of noise at night. lots of people fighting, police activity, etc. Very large rooms and plenty of space for long stays.

Great location for Neukölln and Berlin centre

Great location in a good area and just a minute from the U-bahn. Plenty of shops, bars, and cafés nearby. Easy to get to from the airport (take S-Bahn to Hermanstrße and then it's 2 stops on the U-Bahn to Boddinstraße) The metro takes about 30 minutes on the U8 line to Alexanderplatz in the city centre. They changed towels everyday, which was unnecessary. Recommend Diggi's and Gorilla on Hermanstraße for breakfast and Brauhaus Neulich on Selchower Str for evenings.

Such a nice hotel!

We were warmly welcomed by the gentlemen at the reception. He provided all the necessary information for the entrance to the room. My friend and I were positively surprised to encounter the cleanness and the level of technology in the room. Even the curtains are remotely controlled:) Housing staff provided us with extra coffee cups everyday. Such a nice lady! Kitchenette, bathroom facilities and tv are all more than satisfactory. Hotel is also located at a very convenient neighborhood. Well connected to the underground. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to every one who made our stay extremely pleasant! Hope to stay there again!

Clean and convenient but with technical issues

I stayed 8 nights here by myself and I think my experience also reflects some of the other reviews. So the pros of this place: - incredibly convenient location right next to U8 - very friendly and helpful staff - rooms very modern, super clean and pretty spacious - price was good for my stay compared to any comparable locations The cons are that things seemed to frequently break down or not work as they were supposed to, for example: - lift was out of service for almost two days (I was on fourth floor but for those on seventh it would have been particularly bad) - the swipe lock on my door stopped working about an hour after I arrived so I was locked out and had to be put in a new room. Staff were lovely and helpful about it but I couldn't access any of my stuff in the locked room for an hour or so. - the automatic tap in the bathroom would sometimes just start running in the middle of the night - for my last two nights, the heating seemed to completely malfunction and I couldn't get my room under 29C (it was about 12C outside). Again the staff were friendly and gave me a fan but it was still like sleeping in a sauna. It's ridiculous that there is a control screen in every room but you cannot actually set the temperature in your own room. All in all, I'd recommend and would stay again but this place needs to spend some money fixing its technical issues (particularly heating/cooling) because they really impact an otherwise great hotel.

Honestly, not that great. The decor is modern and the bed/shower etc. is decent. For me there are serious issues with air. To have any air flow in the room you have to open the window. It was October - maybe 10-14 degrees outside and the room was always just stuffy and hot. there is an air function in the room control but it's clearly not working and just switched off to save money and make max profit.. I would honestly suggest booking elsewhere unless you like to sleep very hot. Also.. the balcony is shared with next door.. BAD for security as in case you leave your balcony door open - someone can just walk in. on day 3 the cleaners just didn't bother to come in and change the towels/bedding but they did for some reason lock the balcony door.. possibly because my neighbour had flicked a cigarette butt over onto my side of the balcony? on the whole, not a great stay. bad sleep due to being too hot.

Clean room, but think there must be bed bugs as we became extremely itchy. The shower head was broken, meaning it sprayed out of the side. No shower gel / shampoo & conditioner provided (which was advertised on pictures) but hand wash was available. Fantastic location being opposite the U-bahn and easy enough to use the self check in.

Only good if you want be mostly self sufficient

Fine if you want an apartment for months but not if you want a hotel. It's not a very helpful place, definitely felt a little abandoned after check-in and requests for anything had to be made several times. Wouldn't recommend for a relaxing time

The hotel was nice however it was really gimmicky. The a/c didn’t work and our shower sprayed everywhere in the bathroom since there were no doors. The toilet controls didn't work. The shampoo and body wash was also empty

Really consider your needs before booking

Not great at all for a holiday. Maybe viable if you plan to live in the city a while rather than just visit it. Not easy to get requests filled by reception and house keeping team, Aircon doesn't work and it's so noisy on the street outside that you've little choice but to close the window to sleep. I wouldn't consider returning again which is a shame because the rooms themselves are good, you just feel abandoned when you're in them.
