"The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very good for visiting Clairvaux. The staff seemed friendly and tried to provide a good service. The restaurant food was good and the wait staff, although trying and working hard seemed a little confused - I think there were some internal misunderstandings about the hotel procedures among the staff. Reasonable Bitburg Hotel Option

"I was traveling with my 2 kids so we wanted 3 beds. In typical European fashion it was 3 beds next to each other but it was comfy able and it worked well for 2 nights. I was worried because this was the old air base billeting building but it was nice, I felt safe, and it was clean. The hotel doesn’t have AC, which I knew when I booked, so be mindful of you are traveling in the summer but when we went, early June, having the windows cracked was all we needed."
