Mr. Vogel was a very gracious host. His friendly demeanor and his personality were awesome. I really enjoyed talking with him. The room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was good. If I could I would give Gaestehaus Vogt a ten star rating.

Don’t miss this! It was beautiful all around! The town was walking distance (down the up a very steep hill, but fun!) away and so quaint! I highly recommend staying here if you find your way to Berchtesgaden.

Fantastic stay!

AMAZING location and Mr & Mrs Vogl are the nicest hosts. Only a 15 minute walk from the bus/train station and roughly 7 minute walk from the old town (it is a steep up-hill / down-hill walk) The views from the guest house is phenomenal. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the free breakfast was so delicious. Remember to call the guest house 24 hours before your stay so you can let them know when you are arriving. They are also accessible to speak to via e-mail on their website. Planning on returning to this beautiful location to finish off our hikes and wouldn't stay anywhere else. 100% returning back.

Nette Pension auf einer steilen Anhöhe gelegen. Für einen Sommeraufenthalt sicher besser geeignet als für den Winter, vor allem, wenn es stark schneit, da dann die Anfahrt sehr problematisch ist. Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, allerdings wäre es schön, wenn man das Brot, die Semmeln, die man essen will, selbst wählen könnte und nicht einen Brotkorb mit 2 Semmeln pro Person auf den Tisch gestellt bekommt. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ich persönlich würde in einem Hotel, einer Pension helle, einfarbige Bettwäsche vorziehen. Persönlich habe ich nichts gegen Seersucker-Bettwäsche, in einem Hotel/einer Pension hat diese Bettwäsche meiner Meinung nach nichts zu suchen.

Sehr sauberes Badezimmer und wirklich gemütliche Bettwäsche. Die Vorhänge sind schön und man kann (wenn man möchte) auf den Balkon sitzen, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick vom Fenster aus. Die Vermieterin war supernett und wirklich herzlich und hat sich beim Frühstück mit allen Gästen unterhalten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
