"Upon arriving at the Parma train station, I took the number 6 bus to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the golf course, which is easily accessible on foot. Just a stone's throw away from the hotel, you'll find a fantastic restaurant "L'Osteria di Massimiliano Rossi" that I strongly recommend. The Hotel is more than confortable and the staff is so nice and friendly, You will find like home."

"We were there for just one night. Easy parking underground the hotel but you have to go and ask the desk staff to open the gate. We had an amazing view of the countryside from our balcony so make sure you ask for that view. Host was very kind. The hotel is a little older and has basic amenities. "Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."
