"Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. "Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends.
