Extremely well desiged soae. I was in Suite 2 with my own porch. Serene and soothing atmosphere. Great poolsode cocktails and food. Just a short walk across railway tracks to beach. Attentive and friendly staff. Close to great seafood restaurants for dinner.

Paradise Road The Villa Provides boutique accommodation with lovely pool and eating facilities adjacent to an appealing strip of beach. Staff are unfailingly helpful. We enjoyed our three night stay very much.

Sehr schön, aber nicht ruhig

Absolut schönes und tolles Hotel. Die Anlage ist wunderbar und der Service toll. Es gibt jedoch einen Nachteil, das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bahnlinie. Tagsüber kein Problem aber Nachts ist es leider doch ziemlich laut und es hat pro Nacht etwa 3-4 Züge.

Prachtig hotel om tot rust te komen

Mooi hotel in koloniaal pand met enorme tuin. Boetiekhotel trekt vooral mensen aan die hele dag bij het zwembad of in de tuin met ene boekje tot rust willen komen. Clientèle is meer richting 50plus, met een paar jonge stellen. Weinig kids toen wij er waren. Kids zijn welkom, er is een kinderbadje maar 't voelde wel heel soms aan alsof we de rust verstoren met een peuter. Enige geluid is de trein die 1 tot 2 keer in 't uur langs raast maar dat vonden wij niet erg, geeft 't hotel charme. Prachtige tuin met palmbomen, eekhoorns af en toe een schildpad. Hotel heeft veel binnenplaatsen, is erg open en trekt savonds wel ns 'n ongewenste insect aan, maar kamer is schoon. Strand is prachtig, fijn zand, je moet er wel de rails voor oversteken. Ook onderdeel van de charme. Helaas geen bedjes op 't strand, je kan enkele meesjouwen maar geen parasol, zee is weinig toegankelijk. Prachtige zonsondergangen rustig strand verder. Zou fijn zijn geweest als ze parasols daar hadden en wat speeltjes voor de Kids. Slecht internet op de kamer, ook na herhaaldelijk klagen. Enkel goed internet bij receptie en bij zwembad. Dit was janmer het hotel zit in een zijstraat, best een eind van de grote weg. Geen restaus op loopafstand. De meeste mensen blijven hier 2 of 3 nachten en doen alles op lokatie had ik het idee. Wij ook en beviel goed. Prima restaurant, maar reken op 40-50 euro p.n. Voor eten

Very nice hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Food excellent, although drinks expensive. Swimming pool was clean and the pool man was attentive, bring us iced water throughout the day. Beach across the rail track was stunning. Would stay again. At check-out specifically pointed out whether to convert the bill back into £sterling or retain local. Good guest practice as conversion gives poor rate. Thanks. 2 points : first night was in a small studio room above reception; requested and received a free upgrade. Very appreciative but was cramped in this room. Also, a railway line runs across the bottom of the property towards the beach which is noisy from about 4am to 11pm as trains thunder through. Not good if you're a light sleeper like me!

Charming Villa

Yes, yes and yes if you've been thinking about staying here especially if you're a couple. The beach is right across the train tracks (yes it's safe to cross) and the staff are soooo accommodating and helpful! Very comfortable, food was great, and every inch of this villa is picture worthy too

部屋数も少ない、こじんまりとしたホテルです。何か困っていると、すぐに従業員の方が来てくれる規模でした。内装は、paradise roadの雰囲気そのままなので、お店が好きな方は、確実に気にいると思います。アメニティはspa Ceylonでした。 また、こちらで頂いたカレーが今回の旅行で1番美味しかったです。

選ばれた人だけが味わえる空間。

スリランカのセンスのいい雑貨屋さんパラダイスロードが、ジェフリーバワ建築のザ・ヴィラを買い取ってパラダイスロード・ザ・ヴィラという名前になったホテルのようです。少ない部屋数なのに、パブリックスペースが非常に広く、なおかつ、パラダイスロードのデザインがあちこちに施されており、ホテル内を散策していると、エクスクルーシブ感に浸れます。従業員の方のホスピタリティもすばらしいです。唯一気になるのは、ホテルの敷地の向こうにビーチが見えるのに、その手前に列車の線路が通っていること。つまり、ビーチに行くには、線路を渡っていかなければなりません。もちろん敷地に線路が隣接しているため、列車の通過時はそれなりの騒音もあります。その不思議なシチュエーションを、面白いと取るか、いまいちと取るかは、人それぞれかもしれません。

Beautiful property - a real paradise!

We stayed for 7 nights in July 2017 in this wonderful boutique hotel. The whole proberty is absolutely beautiful, very well groomed and 100 % clean. The members of staff are awesome: friendly, kind, solicitous service and always mindful. The decoration is great! More boutique hotel is impossible! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms are well equipped, with very comfortable beds, mosquito net, art paintings on the wall and all you need. Roomservice TWICE a day! The Villa Cafe is very recommended! The breakfast included is great and we had a delicious dinner every night. Try the tuna steaks :-) Relax at the pool (kind regards to the pool-boy :-), walk along the beautiful beach or just enjoy the property! We would definitely book this hotel again! We had a great time! Thanks again!

Beautiful boutique hotel in Bentota

We spent 3 days here during our honeymoon. This is a gorgeous property and the grounds are meticulously maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and the food is fantastic. The only negative is that there is no in room wifi; they have excellent wifi in the public bar/lounge area though. Overall I would highly recommend this boutique hotel if you are staying in Bentota.
