Great stay

Friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast, great bed, shower, silence, room temperature and cleaness. Garage was safe and flexible for self parking but with limited space for larger vehicles.

Decepção total

Decepção total. O ponto positivo: os funcionários do hotel. Todos foram muito educados e solícitos, o que infelizmente foi o único destaque positivo da experiência. Porém, para um hotel com diária superior a R$ 700, o serviço está muito aquém do esperado. Antes de me hospedar, li alguns comentários sobre o cheiro desagradável das roupas de cama, mas achei que fosse exagero. No entanto, me surpreendi negativamente: o cheiro era realmente insuportável, principalmente nos travesseiros — um odor forte de cachorro molhado. Pedi a troca duas vezes, já constrangida pela insistência, mas o incômodo era tanto que cheguei a cogitar comprar roupa de cama e travesseiro simples em alguma loja próxima, só para conseguir dormir durante as duas noites que já estavam pagas. Na terceira tentativa, trouxeram travesseiros um pouco melhores, mas ainda longe do mínimo aceitável para um hotel que se propõe a ser de padrão mais elevado. A estrutura do hotel parece abandonada, mal cuidada. É lamentável ter que recorrer aos funcionários, que fazem o possível para ajudar, quando claramente falta estrutura e atenção básica por parte da administração. Cama toda troncha, travesseiros que parecem um amontoado de espuma velha e roupa de cama rasgada. Em resumo, a experiência foi frustrante. O mínimo que se espera, em qualquer hospedagem, é limpeza.

Atendimento excelente, desde o check in, mimo de Páscoa no quarto no domingo quando retornamos do passeio e acomodação top. Duas ressalvas: o box do banheiro precisa de reformas no piso, já reclamei no ano passado. E outra situação, ficamos no andar da academia: faz muito barulho a esteira e dá pra ouvir nos quartos e no andar de baixo também. Mas, apesar disso, quando voltarmos a Bento (amamos a cidade) pela terceira vez, ficaremos no Lagheto Bento.

Bom mas pode melhorar muito !

Achei que o hotel deixou a desejar na limpeza, a TV não estava funcionando , e as banheiras que são de uso coletivo não tem nenhuma organização para o uso ,os hóspedes entram e ficam a noite inteira sem se importarem com os demais . Deveria ter um tempo de uso por pessoa na mknga opinião.
