"You could choose from one of FIVE different kinds of pillow to suit your needs. I didn't even know pillows came in so many different genres! Eggs at breakfast were fried to order, but I asked for for mine to be sunny side up, and they came out very overcooked with no runny yolk at all. Aside from this, breakfast was well laid out and reasonably priced. Hotel is in an excellent location. Parking costs extra."

"This is the fourth time we have stayed at The Grand and each stay has been flawless. Staff here are next level and are super friendly and attentive. The attached bar Madeline is an elegant mix of modern and Parisian Deco. Again the bar staff were brilliant. The room was spotless along with the bathroom. We have always stayed in the "entry" level room at just over £100 and found the size and quality of fittings outstanding."
