"We have stayed here before and love the location and amenities. The pool, hot tub, and views are great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This time, the floor was not very clean, I swept and mopped it myself the first night we arrived because it felt grimy and our feet were getting dirty. There were live wasps in our room. "I booked it because of the water park but it’s only open on weekends and no pool for the kids. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. Booked another hotel that had a pool for the other 2 nights."

"It wasn’t a bad resort. The room was ok but it needed a good clean. And the breakfast wasn’t the best. Kids get two little waffles but if an adult wants one you have to pay $5 for each one. Other than that they had cereals and breads. And don’t plan to checkout before 9 a.m. We tried and no one was in the main office so we called the number and didn’t get an answer. And don’t expect a lot of towels or toilet paper."
