Hotel Spa di Benoni

"This is an excellent hotel. It is exceptionally clean with very well appointed rooms. There are nice linens on the bed .The bathrooms are nice and new. There is a large separate shower and large jacuzzi tub. Chairs and chaise lounge are comfortable with cushions for the deck chairs. The water view is worth the money as it is a beautiful view. The pool area is really nice with plenty of comfortable seating for the size of the hotel. There is a restaurant whose kitchen is open to the dining area...

"This was such a good find. It is like an oasis close to the city. The photos do not do it justice - the grounds and rooms are very nice. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. Charlotte is super sweet and helpful- it felt like visiting family. Would highly recommend."

"I have known this property for many years and used to be very quiet with few rooms but now developed with many more rooms and staff but still keeps it's friendly charm. Lovely settings in quiet residential surroundings opposite the golf course. "

This was truly a great geataway from all the world cup craze when we were there...The only issue to consider is that it's a bit far out - I strongly advise to get a rental car (with GPS!) or have Susan (the very nice and kind owner) take you to and from JNB (the int'l airport) from where you can take the high speed train into Sandton - the main (and safe) part of Jo"burg."
