Room in pristine state, well served breakfast on a beautiful table in the garden, art everywhere. Excellent spot for our travel to Shelbourne and Mass MoCA, Clark and Norman Rockwell museums (1 hr driv on a beautiful road).

The Harwood Hill is a very unique, vintage property. Reminiscent of the old motor lodges of the 1970's, it has been upgraded with modern conveniences such as TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Artwork by local artists hangs on the walls and are available for purchase. The continental breakfast is served in the two-car garage on the property - that may sound odd, but it works! We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great support for local artists. Local art displays in room. Sculpture around the property. Nice landscaping. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room, comfy bed. Good breakfast choices. Air conditioner was a little noisy.
