"Perefectly clean room and artistically decorated. The amenities are excellently provided like fresh & clean towels everyday & toiletries. Very clean beddings which are very comfortable. The buffet breakfast were so good with variety of selections that fills us up to the brim! And most especially the staff are very welcoming, nice amd helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. The hotel is superbly well located. Andvwe had a room with the full view of the beach. The lady staff(reception) was very helpful in giving us advice and suggestions in our activity for the day. If it's not for her we were not able to get our activities fulfilled with so much satisfaction with her very helpful advise. And of course, Yordan has given us a huge help in sorting out our pre-booked airport transport by patiently calling for us with lots of connections & long process. He has lifted a great stress from me. And he just pleasurely gave us a big friendly smile when he managed to sort it out. Muchos gracias Casual pop art hotel. It was a great & pleasureable stay. We enjoyed Benidorm a lot! 😊 "

"The apartment was very clean and spacious and well equipped with fabulous views over Benidorm. The kingsize bed was super comfy and there are two sets of patio doors onto the good sized balcony one from the bedroom and one from the living room. tgethe living room "

"Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try. Thanks :) "
