Super accommodation in Benidorm old tlwn 1 minute from the beach, full of nice pavement bars and restaurants. And if you want to go to the strip area which was brilliant fun a short 18 minute walk

My third stay here. As expected, rooms were cleaned every day by the housekeeper to a very good standard. Great location, right next to the beach and tapas bars / restaurants. Breakfast at the RH Hotel was good too. Only downside to the stay is it is a very busy location, with a fair amount of disturbance from early morning deliveries serving the bars, etc.

Beach view and closeness to the beach is excellent. Stairwell smells terrible as it has the smells from the restaurant below and the cleaning products they use smell bad. We were 4 flights up which is fine for us but difficult in the heat. Couldn't hear the noise from outside when patio doors are closed. No noise/problems with any other guests. Room was clean. Staff at check-in were pleasant. Close to everything.

Veldig sentralt. Vi bodde på studio og det var i et annet bygg uten heis. Smale bratte trapper, veldig tunge å gå i og vanskelig å bære kofferten pga bredden. Dårlig at det ikke var opplyst på forhand at det ikke var heis

Fantastiskt läge men svårt att hitta. Mycket liv på gatan/torget hela natten. Ingen hiss (lite jobbigt när man skall släpa packning tre trappor upp). Ingen parkering vid boendet men RH har flera hotell med parkering så det löste sig bra. Bra frukost med mycket att välja på, intas på RH Sol men ligger nära.

Veldig flott hotell med en god beliggenhet ved gamlebyen, mange gode restauranter og kun 100m til stranden. Når det gjelder servicen fra personalet, har jeg aldri opplevd en så god service før. Uansett hva utfordringen var, ble vi møtt med et smil og de løste problemet innen kort tid. Takk for et hyggelig opphold. Håper vi sees snart igjen.

A hidden jewel

I love it! Jayro in reception was excellent, I reserved a room for 2 adults only by accident and he upgrade us to a 3 beds to fit my minor! That was awesome! Very close to the all the good spots!! Highly recommended w an affordable price ;)

Great Stay

Check in was very efficient. We booked through Hotels.com and had made our booking as pay at the hotel. We had been fed up over the last 18 months of sometimes having to wait ages on refunds for cancelled trips. We tried in Broken Spanish the first few days to get the hotel to take the payment. Then realised that they wanted paying at the end of the trip. The hotel provided an in room safe at €10 per week with a €10 deposit which is returned on the return of the key. The reception Staff were accommodating and friendly with all and any enquiries during our stay. Over all we had a fantastic 2 weeks as guests of Estudios RH Sol and would certainly use them again for any return visit to the Old Town of Benidorm. Located less that 100 meters from Tapas Alley, and some of the most popular Bars in the Old town, 50 meters from Gin and Tonic Street and 100 meters from Walking Street, the location is almost impossible to beat. The staff were a credit to the RH Hotels group a company whose Hotels we had not stayed in before, I believe we mall make a point of look at other hotels in the group as well. Now we have had such a good experience. Be aware these old Buildings in the Old Town sometimes don’t always have lifts and you will find a very welcoming home from home and base for your holiday

First and foremost I didn’t get what I paid for, I booked a studio apartment for 3 adults with a sea view and a balcony, when we arrived they gave us a tiny room with a window looking at the sea.NOT SUITABLE FOR 3 ADULTS. This is not what I paid for and not what the photos showed me online. I didn’t expect to go on holiday and sit and look out off a window, and this did spoil are holiday as we expected to be able sit outside on a balcony. I feel I was missed sold what I was paying for.

They did not have your booking of us. I had to send them your email when I was at reception . Finally sorted. This should never happen very tense for a while. They handled it well. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. YOU DIDNT MENTION NO LIFT, RECEPTION AND FREE BREAKFAST AT ANOTHER HOTEL. BAD OF YOU.

Vi hade bokat studion men vi fick flytta till hotellet och det var väldigt snällt av dem att ordna det. Städningen var utmärkt( både hotellet och studion ),vi fick rena handukar varje dag. Både studion och hotellet ligger intill havet och samtidigt mitt i centrum och du har precis allt nära dig. Personalen är väldigt trevliga, snälla och hjälpsamma. Maten var gott, billigt och varierat. Vår semester var fantastiskt och vi är oerhört tacksamma för allt. Vi rekommenderar den här boendet utan tvekan. Vi vill tacka Raguell som är schefen i receptionen, och säga att du är bäst, din glädje och leende gjorde oss glada varje gång när vi såg dig. Tack så hemskt mycket.
