Prachtige lokatie en uitzicht

Beni beach is echt een aanrader. Vanaf het grote terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Alles is dichtbij en de omgeving is heel rustig. Appartement was proper. Personeel was behulpzaam. Wij zullen zeker nog eens teruggaan.

Pieniä muutoksia ja korjauksia

Hotellilla oli uima-allas mutta sen läheisyydessä ei ollenkaan aurinkotuoleja eikä sinne olisi saanut viedä patjaa tai vilttiä juomista ja muista puhumattakaan. Pihalla oli kyllä aurinkotuoleja mutta ne olivat ilmeisesti entisellä "parkkipaikalla" josta oli matkaa altaalle ja sitä varjosti itse hotelli. Asunto 084 oli kyllä oikein siistissä kunnossa mutta pientä fixausta vaatis esim parvekkeen liukuoven laakerointi ja makuuhuoneen ovea pitäis madaltaa alhaalta niin ettei se hankais lattiaa, keittiön kaapin ovia säätää jotta ne menis kiinni, jääkaapin ovi vääränkätinen.

It was a great experience check in the apartment was very easy. We were allowed to to check in earlier than expected since our unit was all ready and cleaned. The staffs were friendly and approachable.Security aspect was imposed accordingly and I should say you can leave your belongings without any worry .The ocean view was spectacular I enjoyed every moment.Overall this apartment was well recommended . And thank you for letting us stay for a few hours in the lobby it was a huge bonus.

Tres chiche pour la fourniture de papier hygiénique. 2 petits rouleaux pour 4 personnes tous les 4 jours ,après il faut en acheter ,malgré le tarif journalier de location,sinon vous avez vos mains mais penser à les laver après,car pas de dépassement dans la fourniture.

Worth a visit

Fantastic stay right at the beach...views to die for...Friendly helpful staff great balcony...far enough away from the bustle of the new town but accessible along the promenade. Plenty of bars & restaurants right on the doorstep...try Cheers for an amazing lunch!Pool looked nice but sunbeds in a different area so didn't use it. Beds a little hard but all very clean . Nice &quiet within the property & sound of the sea relaxing. Great choice for a week in the sun.

Very nice stay and a perfect location just by the beach. The apartments and hotel is old and nothing much to do in the lobby area or outside but again it was not needed and the stay was very nice and the staff was friendly.

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement

Net goed onderhouden en ruim appartement. Wel een groot complex, 26 vefdiepingen. Mooi ruim afgesloten balkon. Is wel gehorige bouw maar we hadden niet veel buren. Ligging is prima. Ca 15 min lopen van oude centrum. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Helaas alleen wifi bjj receptie.

Basic apartment but clean with views to die for. Some nice eating places locally. Only gripe we had was no internet in the room, only in reception which wouldn't have been so bad if there had been a snack bar or even a bar (in the evening).

Perfect location!

A simple, but nice and very affordable apartmenthotel. Elevator straight to the great beach and with everything else within walking distance. Everything was clean and neat. The layout of the apartment was wellplanned with a generous and sunny terrass with view over the beach and most of Benidorm and in total privacy. We spent lovley mornings and evenings here! Minus was the stove and owen that didn't work properly and some utensils lacking or of poor quality. I would also have appreciated some basic things like salt and pepper, oil and soap. But we had the towles changes once and toilet paper was provided. In the back there is a nice pool, though in shadow most of the day so we did not use it. Plus for reception open 24/7. The stairs is outside of the building, wich I thought was nice in case of fire. It felt safe. Of course there are elevators to use too. Good to know is that you pay in advance and leave a cach deposite per person (40 euro). We thought it was 40 all together but there was no problem to fix this the following day. Very nice staff, although we had little to do whith them as this is a lowservice hotel. All in all we had a lovely stay and with a surprisingly low price (300 euro for a week) and wonderful location this is a total recommendation! I could very well come back next year!
