"We have been several times to this property and there are so many positives. Easy access to old and new Benidorm. Excellent food choice, something for everyone. Staff work hard and are brilliant. We tipped regularly especially in the dining room, where they are rushed off their feet and the bar. We did notice that the outside sunbathing area to the left as you exit the bar wasn't cleaned very often and we twice stood on broken glass and discarded food and general muck from the night before which...

"hotel is in a fantastic location, very tastefully decorated, let down by staff on the front desk, very slow at check in - over an hour wait- and also very unhelpful when some first aid assistance was required - AC in room not the best but ok, lifts also have a mind of their own but did make this a running joke. "Great friendly clean spacious property. Great detail provided in allowing me to do self check in and attentive to detail with any help needed whilst staying there. Would recommend especially at the great rate it’s available for! Close walk to Tapas Alley and not a far walk for other areas"
