"Couldn't fault anything really. Staff really friendly a specially Sophia always smiling and happy and speaking English and Spanish was a help as its more of a spanish hotel but didnt bother us. Spot on with the cleanliness, food was ok always something there we liked. Reasonable priced bar. Definitely would go again. "

The apartments were extremely clean & well laid out, with all amenities that we needed (including AirCon). The location of My Pretty Payma is just perfect, you're close to all the local bars & restaurants, with the beach only a 5min walk."

"The staff were amazingly helpfull. Sent wine to my room once they knew it was my. My birthday Only downside was my daughter and family were in room 1214 and the cleaner left them a note to say see had swept thru but couldn't make the beds as she had left a makeup bag towel and something else on the bed. It was not makeup all week. "
