"Not sure how this hotel is rated as a 3-star. Our room had no heat and when we spoke to the owner, he brought a small propane space heater to the room. Not only did it not heat the room, but the danger of a propane heater in an enclosed space is obvious. The bed was a boxspring with a thin pad. We could feel ever spring as we tried to sleep. "We had a very spacious room but had to share with our friends as eBookers only booked our 2 rooms the morning we arrived and it was too late. The owner did his best to help us bur never will use eBookers for anything ever! We had and over the top dinner experience and I would recommend this Riad. Owner was so sweet and helpful. "

"Beautiful hotel in the very center of Azrou. As a solo traveler, expecting only a central location, a good bed and some rest is my priority. This hotel offers all of them.
