"This is not really a hotel but a serviced Bed & Breakfast within a multi-use building. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. It was a 5 floor walk-up to the room or a 20 euro cent coin to use the elevator (2 people max or 1 person/2 luggage). The breakfast was basic but delivered promptly. The location was convenient to the historic district. If the description on Expedia was more detailed as to what to expect, then it would have been good. However, when expecting a hotel and...

"The property was modern, fresh and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable with very good air-conditioning and quiet even though it’s busy outside. The room had everything we needed, provided water, bathroom amenities and coffee machine coffee in reception for whenever you felt like a coffee. Antonio was very helpful, friendly and welcoming which we appreciate. We booked a balcony room, so that was nice to have. Location is great for the port and only a short walk to the main shopping streets....

"Beautiful view of the city, clean/spacious rooms, helpful staff. Do not be put off by the graffitied elevator in the main building (once you see the rest of Naples the elevator fits in with the city and is less concerning to your eyes), the hotel is very well kept, clean, quiet, and great amenities including a balcony jacuzzi and patio breakfast over looking the harbour. Would stay again!"

"Entrance, lobby and elevator was inconvenient"

"The room is very close to the train station but the area is very dirty and is in a sketchy part of town. The room was well kept and has a small veranda for 2. The downfall was the bathroom sink had a sewer smell so we had to keep the bathroom light and fan on. We would leave the AC on during the day to help remove the smell and when we were in the room the door to the veranda. Besides the smell the room was nice."

"Está bien la habitación ( un poco pequeña), si es para dormir está bien. No recomendables si traes muchas maletas porque no tiene elevador "
