"I needed to change my reservation due to Shabbat and no transport. Daniel, Jacob and Yali were great in getting the info and helped me change my booking and getting a refund. "Lily & Bloom was an excellent introduction to the wonder that is Israel. I felt completely safe there and in exploring the surrounding areas. The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. I appreciate how clean, well-maintained and open the hotel was. I felt so pampered, from the bed linens down to the shower products. The breakfast that was included was delicious.
