I was very unappy with my stay. I called the day prior to confirm my reservation & to make sure everything was in order. I tried to confirm what time check in was & explained we were coming from out of town and since we live several hours away I was trying to plan the trip around check in time because we were going to Bend for a concert. The only response I was got was that it depended on when rooms got clean & to call back tomorrow around 12-1 to see if they had a room available/ready for us. The next day I called during our drive up to Bend & asked when we could check-in. I was told that by the time we got there a room would be ready for us. When we got assigned our room I did express concern about the location it. I explained how we were going to be getting back really late from a concert and I am a light sleeper/have autism & was concerned about the noise of people & their footsteps above us while we slept, and how there would be alot of foot traffic in a room that close to the lobby & that it also didnt make me feel safe. Regardless of anything I expressed I was told they couldnt help me because my room was not sellable to anyone else. I was apparently being told I was stuck with it & there was not a single upstairs room available for the night. After getting back from the concert things went from bad to worse. The TV didnt work, my pillow had a giant hole in it where the stuffing was falling out & we were woken up all morning by honking and suitcases dragged downstai
