"Brilliant location, less than five minutes from the train station and easy walk into the old town. Great storage for a small room. Would just suggest refillable amenities and more towel racks. Afternoon tea/coffee station a nice touch."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there to do the Annecy half marathon and i found the beds very comfortable which gave me a great night's sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and i had a view of the lake. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good but they did offer free coffee and hot chocolate. The receptionist was super friendly and kind."

"We stayed in a basic room looking over the back. Front facing rooms are premium and overlook the lake. Room was ok. Cleaned every day and Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. The mattress protector was poor and caused issues sleeping on a night. I can’t comment on food as we did not eat in the restaurant but drinks in the bar were fine and reasonable price."

"Camera carina, letto comodo, hotel onesto, senza fronzoli. Durante il mio soggiorno la struttura era in ristrutturazione. La camera appena rifatta presenta purtroppo già segni di deterioramento. Dall'aspiratore del bagno arrivava odore di fogna."
