We regularly stay at this hotel while in BH for a day or two when visiting the wife's family...Good opportunity to relax for a night before heading home. They've been through a few ownerships over the years (and some renovations were being undertaken in the dining area, so jackhammering during the day....Thank God not at night)....Breakfast and overall service was good, staff not overly friendly with smiles but adequate.

When we visit family in BH, we always want our last night before heading home to be peaceful, relaxing, etc. (Draw your own conclusions)....This hotel fits the bill. Also VG wi-fi and cellphone reception (from the 9th floor, at least); my T-Mobile service works in cahoots w/VIVO and - at lower elevations - reception has been poor. Worked great here

La habitación cumple con todas las necesidades y es muy cómoda. El personal es muy amable. Para nuestra próxima visita será sin duda la elección. Además, para quienes gusten del pan, frente al hotel hay una gran variedad muy sabrosa.

Quarto limpo e cheiroso, tudo muito bem cuidado e agradável. Não fiz uso de piscina ou sauna, mas tudo parecia ok. Único ponto foi que o controle remoto do quarto não estava funcionando, mas o rapaz da recepção (João) foi super atencioso e trocou na hora. Acho que a qualidade da imagem na TV poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas não atrapalhou em nada. Voltaria com certeza, foi uma experiência maravilhosa.

Bem razoável

No check in o atendimento foi ruim, o rapaz estava com sono , desanimado e pouco prestativo. O carro teve que ficar na rua! Vagas insuficientes, mesmo no site afirmando que possuía vagas. Banheiro sujo e toalhas ruins. No checkout o atendimento foi bem melhor ! O café da manhã e as pessoas que trabalham na cozinha foram a salvação.

Hotel reformado, banheiro velho

Hotel reformado, mas banheiro antigo. O chuveiro era muito velho e a água saía fraca e dispersa, impossível lavar o cabelo. A ducha higiênica só funcionava pelo registro, pois o gatilho estava quebrado. Não possuía tomada no banheiro, mas havia secador e chapinha. Café da manhã bem servido e atendimento impecável.

Experiência de 3 dias e 3 noites

Atendimento não tive problemas, mas identifiquei falta de cordialidade com outros hóspedes e hóspedes em potencial. O estacionamento é limitado e não há garantia de vagas, há necessidade de chegar e ter a vaga para estacionar e algumas vagas são melhores que outras em questão de espaço. Algumas você vai ter que se desdobrar para conseguir sair e entrar no carro. Ele fica em subsolo e a rampa de acesso não foi projetada para todos os tipos de carro, então há necessidade de manejo para começar a rampa e finalizar, pois o carro irá raspar caso contrário, no entanto não há tanto espaço para manobra como em quebra molas, por exemplo. As opções de acompanhamento no jantar, ao menos no cardápio, eram variadas e atendiam diversos públicos. No entanto, ao escolher o jantar, o garçom nos explicou que dessas opções, o número disponível eram bem mais restrito do que o ofertado no cardápio. No mais, a comida estava muito boa, café da manhã possui variedade de certos itens e outros são fixos, mas são ótimas opções. Exceto o último café, que algo havia acontecido e o mesmo estava com borra e era inviável tomar até o final, sendo necessária a troca de xícaras entre um refil e outro.
