"I visited the resort to have a solo night of relaxation ahead of Mother’s Day. The room I stayed in had some kind of an ant infestation. I saw something moving and then looked down at the carpet and saw so many small ants and food crumbs under the sofa. There were make up stains throughout the bathroom and on the sheets. There was hair in the bathroom shower and bathroom floor. I first went down to the Bistro around 4 pm and was completely ignored by multiple hostesses. I eventually left and...

"The room was exactly as advertised, we had a water view, the hotel is located right on the wharf where you could walk around and look over the water. There are binoculars mounted on posts on the wharf so you can get a closer look at anything that catches your interest, free. It is within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The host was very nice, clean, and convenient! The front desk staff were great! We asked for additional towels a couple of times, they were never delivered. "

"The room was very basic, but a large tv was nice and the city view was pretty. Crappy water pressure in the shower. No robes and slippers as described on website. That was disappointing. Pool and hotub were the nicest part. Breakfast was super expensive, but had great food. Still, wouldn't stay here again for the price. It just did not live up to the expectations we had of a highly priced hotel. "

"We loved our 2-night stay at the Harborside Inn! The two women at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly and check-in which got our trip off to a really nice start. The hotel itself is very beautiful and unique, I loved the decor and the dvd/vhs library was such a unique and fun touch! The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, very walkable and close to public transit. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Boston!"
